The challenge was to build one website that seamlessly speaks to four distinct audiences.

For ACFB, user experience limitations and content concerns on the website were causing a strain on conversions and resources. The website was impacting more than just the digital presence.

Navigation was not intuitive, providing users with too many options and a complicated user flow

The site was difficult to update and manage due to template limitations

Call to actions were hidden and needed to be brought to the surface

Swarm's strategy was to simplify user flow, prioritize donations and involvement, and inspire empathy. We began with a Discovery to see what the main stakeholders really wanted from a new site. With this insight, Swarm designed a website with eye-catching color schemes and powerful imagery to encourage users to interact with the brand and support those in need.
